A.Required Information/Documents for Seller Registration

  1. National ID/Passport:
    • Identification details for the company's representatives
    • Contact details (Phone number and email) of the representatives
       
  2. Company Profile:
    • Basic details about the company
    • Year of establishment
    • Number of employees
       
  3. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration:
    • Proof of legal registration of the company
       
  4. KRA PIN Certificate:
    • Personal Identification Number certificate - Confirms the company is a registered tax-paying entity
       
  5. Certificate of Registration with Relevant Regulatory Bodies:
    • If applicable, proof of registration with industry-specific regulatory bodies

 

B. Registration, Review and Approval Steps

  1. The applicant will provide the required information and submit
  2. After submitting the application, it will be reviewed by the KEPROBA team.    Once the review is complete, you will receive an email either;
    • Confirming that your application has been approved or
    • Additional information is required. In which case, the applicant will provide the required information and submit the application for a subsequent review.  
  3. Upon approval, you will then proceed to upload your products.
Note: Only Kenyan Citizens are allowed to register on KEPROBA as Seller.
Minimum password requirment :
  • minimum 8 characters long
  • contain at least one uppercase
  • contain at least one lowercase
  • contain at least one digit
  • contain at least one special character
