Invitation to participate in the 60th Zambia International Trade Fair (ZITF) 2026

The Ministry of Investments, Trade and Industry (MITI), in collaboration with the Kenya Export Promotion and Branding Agency (KEPROBA), invites Kenyan private sector players, SMEs, exporters, investment promotion partners, and public institutions to express interest in participating in the 60th  Zambia International Trade Fair (ZITF) 2026, scheduled to take place from 1st to 7th July 2026 at the Zambia International Trade Fair Grounds, Ndola, Zambia.

The invitation is conveyed through the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs following official communication from the High Commission of the Republic of Zambia.

About the Fair

The Zambia International Trade Fair (ZITF) is Zambia’s largest trade and investment exhibition, organized annually by the Zambia International Trade Fair Trust (ZITFT). The Fair brings together local and international exhibitors across all sectors of the economy, providing a platform to promote trade, investment, and regional business linkages.

The 60th edition of ZITF will be held under the theme:
Bridging Markets, Building the Future.”

Key Dates and Programme Structure

  • Dates: 1st – 7th July 2026
  • Business Days: 1st – 3rd July 2026 (B2B meetings, ministerial engagements, investment forums)
  • Official Opening: 4th July 2026, officiated by the Republican President of Zambia or designated representative
  • Trade Days: 5th – 7th July 2026 (open to the public; buying and selling permitted)
