International Trade Centre(ITC) organizes trainings through SME Trade Academy in collaboration with experts from around the world including various trade support institutions and soon there will be training on the introduction to exporting coffee on 25th August 2025 aimed at aspiring coffee exporters in developing countries and the organizations that support them.

 ITC’s “Introduction to Exporting Coffee” e-learning course has been designed to enhance knowledge and best practices for effective participation in the international coffee trade. Based on the 2012 ITC publication “The Coffee Exporter's Guide”, the course was developed in collaboration with experts from around the world to provide the essentials in understanding the business of exporting coffee, including contracts/shipping and meeting buyer requirements.

ITC SME Trade Academy has recorded over 600,000 individual enrollments in its courses and delivered over 150,000 certificates of completion, helping boost the international trade skills of people all around the world, including in traditionally underserved developing and least-developed countries.
