The Kenya Export Promotion and Branding Agency (KEPROBA) mobilized key stakeholders in a high stakes drive to actively take part in the ongoing Expo 2025 Osaka Japan. KEPROBA engaged the public and private sector players in a concerted effort to craft a compelling narrative that will position Kenya as a hub of innovation, culture, and investment opportunity on the global stage.
The Agency has rolled out a comprehensive engagement plan, aimed at curating weekly activities tied to Expo 2025’s overarching themes, which include The future of Earth and Biodiversity, Health and wellbeing, Peace, Human Security and dignity, Necessities of life, learning and playing and Co-creating cultures for the future. These activities will directly inform Kenya’s official program and give the country a competitive edge at the world-renowned event.
At the heart of the preparations is the compilation of sectoral insights and investment-ready projects that will not only fill Kenya’s pavilion with substance but will also take center stage during the highly anticipated Kenya–Japan trade, investment, and tourism forum.
Stakeholders have been requested to submit high-quality video content and sector profiles to bring Kenya’s vibrant cultural and economic story to life for the thousands of international visitors expected at the Expo.
Adding to the momentum, KEPROBA is actively identifying workshops and panels within the Expo’s thematic areas, where Kenyan experts will shine as thought leaders.
Moreover, the agency is urging stakeholders to align with the Kenya Week celebrations at the Expo, a showcase of national pride, set to include performances, exhibitions, and business matchmaking sessions.
