The Kenya Volleyball Federation President Charles Nyaberi, Malkia Strikers coach Paul Bitok and the Kenya Volleyball Federation Secretary general paid a courtesy call to the Kenya Export Promotion and Branding Agency (KEPROBA) at the agency’s office in anniversary towers, Nairobi in a bid to establish collaboration on marketing the Kenya brand, services and products locally and internationally.
In October 2023, the Kenya Volleyball Federation will host the zone five beach volleyball in Mombasa. The competition will bring together participants from 12 countries further cementing Kenya’s ability to host international sporting events and conferences.
Kenya’s Malkia Strikers were recently crowned as the Women's African Volleyball Champions in Yaoundé, Cameroon after defeating Egypt in straight sets to clinch the continental title for a record 10th time. The win has earned Malkia Strikers automatic qualification for the 2024 Paris Olympics and the 2025 International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) as the African Volleyball Confederation (CAVB) representatives.
