The China–Africa Economic and Trade Expo (CAETE) 2025 will be held in Changsha, Hunan Province, China, from 12th to 15th June 2025. This flagship event is a key platform for strengthening trade and investment ties between Kenya and China. It will bring together over 10,000 participants, including 1,000 exhibitors and 8,000 buyers, along with government officials, industry leaders, and entrepreneurs. The Expo facilitates strategic collaborations, promotes Kenyan exports, and opens doors to long-term business opportunities in one of the world’s fastest-growing markets.

Exhibition Zones

CAETE 2025 features two main exhibition zones:

• Guest Country Pavilion (W1): Offers a fully designed 252 sqm national pavilion and hospitality support for up to 20 exhibitors per country.
• African Products Pavilion (W2): Each company is entitled to a free 9㎡ booth, with additional space available at 50% of the standard rate.

All related fees must be paid in advance to the designated account before the Expo opens. A refundable security deposit is required to confirm participation. Exhibitors in the African Products Pavilion must pay a security deposit equivalent to 70% of the standard booth rate.

Up to 20 selected exhibitors and buyers will benefit from complimentary accommodation during the Expo for 7 days and 6 nights, subject to KEPROBA’s selection criteria.

A pre-departure briefing is scheduled for 13th May 2025, and the registration deadline is 10th May 2025.
