Invitation to Participate in the Xiamen International Coffee Fair – China

The Kenya Export Promotion and Branding Agency (KEPROBA) through the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs & the Kenya Consulate General in Guangzhou, wishes to inform stakeholders in the coffee sector—including exporters, processors, and cooperatives—of the upcoming opportunity to participate in the Xiamen International Coffee Fair (XMCF), one of Asia’s premier coffee industry events. That will be taking place in Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Centre (XICEC), Xiamen, China from the 21st – 23rd November 2025.

About the Fair

The XMCF is a strategic platform for global coffee trade, bringing together over 300 exhibitors and 100,000+ visitors from major coffee-producing regions including Brazil, Vietnam, Colombia, Ethiopia, Uganda, and Kenya.

Participation Requirements

Interested companies are required to submit the following:

   3. Promotional Image (JPG)
   4. Company Profile (Word format)
   5. Exhibitor Registration Form (Excel)
   6. Fascia Board Registration Form (Excel)

Payment Terms:

1. 1. 1. 50% deposit within 3 working days of confirmation
      2. Full payment is due 15 working days before the event
      3. Booths will not be reserved without payment confirmation

Special Provisions for Kenya

1. 1. 1. Reserved seats at the opening ceremony
      2. 1–2 slots for closed-door meetings on 20th November
      3. Free participation in promotional and media activities
      4. Potential inclusion in matchmaking sessions
