The Agency facilitates building of export skills through Capacity Building to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises by equipping them with information and relevant skills to facilitate them to navigate the ever-changing international trade arena with ease. This is enabled via the Exporter Readiness Program (ERA) which is composed of various learner modules that are tailored for Potential, New and Existing Exporters. The modules include:-

• Understanding the International Trade Environment
• Requirements for Export
• Branding of products/services for Export
• Importance of E-Commerce in business
• Understanding and applying International Commercial Terms (INCOTERMS)
• Export Financing
• Finding a Buyer for your goods/services
• Communication and Crisis Management in the corporate world
• Identification and Management of Export related Risks

The ERA provides a platform for coordinated approach to export capacity building initiatives by Government, Development Partners and Trade Support Institutions. The trainings are delivered through physical forums and webinars.
